Delegate Badges - £1500.00

Sponsoring the delegate badge means your brand will get full exposure across the entire conference. Every delegate wears a badge, and they also get taken home, meaning even when the conference is over, people will remember your company
Delegate Bags - £1000.00

Exclusive to one sponsor, you will provide the branded bag and insert for inside.
Each delegate will be handed a bag at the start of the conference, so you can distribute your literature to all attendees. This is a cost-effective & long-lasting method of being visible. The bag style is to be approved by the organisers.
Notepads & Pens - £350.00

Provide branded A4 pads and pens for delegates to use throughout the event and to take away with them.
This is a great way to ensure people remember your brand.
Lanyards - £500.00
​
Each delegate is given a lanyard at the beginning of the conference. These are worn for the entirety of the event. By sponsoring a lanyard, you are ensuring your brand is visible throughout the event. Sponsors are to provide branded bulldog clip lanyards.
Delegate Bag Insert - £350.00

Ensure all delegates see your marketing message by placing an item of your marketing collateral within all the delegate bags.
